About the Journal

Lex Muamalat: Journal of Islamic Economic Law is a peer-reviewed academic journal published by the Islamic Economic Law Study Program, Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Aminullah Lampung, Indonesia. The journal focuses on scholarly studies in Islamic economic law, fiqh muamalah, Islamic business law, sharia financial regulation, halal industry, zakat and waqf governance, Islamic fintech, consumer protection, and dispute resolution. It aims to promote rigorous legal scholarship, ethical academic communication, and the development of Islamic economic law in contemporary society.
