Lex Muamalat allows the responsible and transparent use of generative artificial intelligence tools only as supporting instruments. Authors remain fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, legal reasoning, citation accuracy, and ethical compliance of their manuscripts.

Permitted Use
  • Language polishing.
  • Grammar and readability checking.
  • Formatting assistance.
  • Idea organization under author supervision.
Prohibited Use
  • Generating fabricated references or legal sources.
  • Replacing author analysis and interpretation.
  • Creating unverifiable legal claims.
  • Listing AI tools as authors or co-authors.
Disclosure Requirement

Authors who use generative AI tools must disclose their use in the manuscript, especially when used for language editing, technical assistance, or manuscript preparation.
