Author Guidelines

Authors are required to prepare manuscripts in accordance with the journal’s focus and scope, publication ethics, peer review policy, plagiarism screening policy, and manuscript template. Submissions that do not meet basic requirements may be returned before peer review.

Manuscript Structure
  • Title: clear, specific, and representative of the article content.
  • Author identity: full name, affiliation, email, and ORCID where available.
  • Abstract: research background, objective, method, findings, and contribution.
  • Keywords: 4–6 terms reflecting the article’s main concepts.
  • Introduction: legal context, research gap, objective, and contribution.
  • Method: research design, legal sources, data collection, and analysis.
  • Results and Discussion: findings, legal reasoning, interpretation, and scholarly engagement.
  • Conclusion: key findings, contribution, limitation, and future research direction.
  • References: complete, consistent, and based on credible academic sources.
Originality
The manuscript must be original and not submitted elsewhere.
Language
Manuscripts may be written in English, Indonesian, or Arabic, with English metadata required.
References
Authors are encouraged to use Zotero, Mendeley, or other reference management tools.
Before Submission

Authors should ensure that the manuscript follows the template, contains complete metadata, complies with publication ethics, and uses accurate legal and academic references.
