Generative AI Policy

Paedagogia Islamica allows the responsible and transparent use of generative artificial intelligence tools only as supporting instruments. Authors remain fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, integrity, and ethical compliance of their manuscripts.

Permitted Use
  • Language polishing.
  • Grammar and readability checking.
  • Formatting assistance.
  • Idea organization under full author supervision.
Prohibited Use
  • Producing fabricated data or references.
  • Replacing author analysis and interpretation.
  • Generating unverifiable claims.
  • Listing AI tools as authors or co-authors.
Disclosure Requirement

Authors who use generative AI tools in preparing their manuscripts must disclose the use of such tools in an appropriate statement. The disclosure should explain the purpose of use, such as language editing or technical assistance.

Author Responsibility

The use of generative AI does not reduce author responsibility. Authors must verify all content, citations, data, and arguments before submission.
