All manuscripts submitted to Paedagogia Islamica are subject to originality and similarity screening before entering the peer review stage. This policy is intended to prevent plagiarism, duplicate publication, redundant publication, and improper citation practices.

Screening Procedure
  • The editorial team checks manuscript originality using available similarity detection tools.
  • The editor evaluates similarity results by considering quotation, bibliography, methodological terms, and unavoidable technical expressions.
  • Manuscripts with problematic similarity may be returned for revision or rejected before peer review.
Editorial Action
Acceptable Similarity
The manuscript may proceed if similarity is reasonable and properly cited.
Revision Required
The author may be asked to revise paraphrasing, citation, quotation, or reference accuracy.
Rejection
The manuscript may be rejected if plagiarism, duplicate submission, or unethical reuse is identified.
Author Obligation

Authors must ensure that all sources are properly cited and that submitted manuscripts are original, unpublished, and not under consideration by another journal.
